Jolene D. Reinhart is an educational leader with 40 years’ experience in public education, K-12.  As a visionary leader, she has focused her career primarily on building the capacity of others.

Currently, she is most interested in creating and living an inspired life and helping educators do the same.

She holds both a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from the University of Akron.  Her varied experiences include classroom teacher, building administrator, district-level administrator, educational consultant, local, state, and national speaker, and leadership coach.

Ms. Reinhart has experience as a Professional Forum Facilitator, Grant Writer, Grant Program Manager, and Leadership Academy Facilitator for both teacher and principal leaders. She has enjoyed success in promoting ideas, collaboration, and innovative creativity.

Additionally, Jolene D. Reinhart is a Certified Franklin Covey Delivery Consultant and Coach for The Leader in Me Process for schools.  In this capacity she provides extensive professional learning for schools implementing The Leader in Me Process.  She has worked in Kentucky, Indiana, Texas, Michigan, Utah and Ohio schools.  She believes in bringing leadership opportunities to students as an effective process for transforming school cultures.

Ms. Reinhart has written for the Principal Navigator, the quarterly publication of the Ohio Association of Elementary School Administrators, and has published an article for the Conceptual Foundations Newsletter of the National Association for Gifted Children.  She has made several presentations on the local, state, and national level.  Ms. Reinhart’s research and presentations have concentrated on formative assessment practices for the classroom and developing leadership capacity.

As an educational leader, Ms. Reinhart strongly believes in the power of synergy and wild ideas, is energized by collaborative colleagues, and continues to nurture her passion for education, learning, and creativity!
